• Your NinjaTrader version (Help → About)
• The chart instrument and account type (sim / funded / live)
• What you expected vs. what happened — a screenshot is worth ten paragraphs
• For license issues: your machine ID

Quick self-service checks

• Lines not drawing? The suite is real-time only — confirm your data connection is live and give it a moment after connecting.
• Zones missing in a trade? Confirm a protective stop order is working and the Account dropdown shows the account you traded.
• New computer? Email us the new machine ID and we'll swap your license.
